Dr. Lucia Heddleson is a recognized leader in management and education consulting, with over 20 years of experience spanning K-16 education and corporate environments. She holds a PhD in Management, Designing Sustainable Systems, an EdS in Leadership, MAs in Humanities and French, and bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and French. Dr. Heddleson is also certified in experiential learning and executive coaching.
With a career rooted in entrepreneurship, classroom teaching and educational administration, Dr. Heddleson brings a deep understanding of the complexities and opportunities within educational and corporate systems. Her expertise encompasses eudaimonia (human flourishing), emotional intelligence, familism, entrepreneurship, and the cultural and generational dynamics of small family businesses. She is particularly well versed in cultural awareness and multicultural frameworks for student success. Her prior research has focused on the relational aspects of identity capital development and academic retention across the school system for othered emerging adults students.
Dr. Heddleson specializes in designing and implementing strategies that elevate well-being, empower individuals and organizations, and deliver measurable impact.
